What you choose to share.

When you send a project inquiry, we save the name, email address, company, project interests, timing, and message you provide. Google Apps Script processes your inquiry to email you a confirmation and notify the studio. Studio administrators use this information to review your project and may create a private client profile with associated inquiries and working notes. Client records and notes are accessible only to signed-in administrators.

Private project agreements.

For a project agreement, we retain the parties’ names and signing emails, agreed terms, original and completed PDFs, typed signatures, electronic consent, verification and signing timestamps, browser details, and the signing network address when available. Google Apps Script handles invitations, email verification codes, and completed-copy emails. Studio administrators and recipients with an active private agreement link can access that agreement; private notes and unrelated client records remain admin-only. Signing pages do not use our marketing analytics. Agreements and their completion records are retained as needed to document the project and the parties’ commitments. You can download your copy and request corrections through the studio; changes to a completed agreement require a separate agreed record.

A little context about visits.

We collect first-party page views, referring website names, and broad device categories to understand how the website is used. A random identifier in your browser’s session storage groups activity into visits, expiring after 30 minutes of inactivity. We do not store full referring URLs, query strings, or IP addresses with these visit records. Raw visit records are kept for up to 90 days. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected; known bots and signed-in admin visits are excluded.

Your device and preferences.

Your motion preference may be saved on your device. The music player starts only when you press play. Fonts and site artwork are served with the website. Administrator sign-in uses a private session cookie lasting up to eight hours. You can download or copy your submitted brief to your device.

Your information.

Project inquiries and client information are retained for the studio’s working relationship. To request a correction or deletion, use the project form and identify your earlier inquiry. Avoid including passwords, payment details, or sensitive documents in the form.
