The idea.
Results people can actually find.
A website and results platform for Pro Fit Race Timing, the Waco company that chip-times road races, school meets, cross country, and triathlons across Texas.
Runners want their time as soon as they cross the line, and race directors want to know who is timing their event before they book. The website serves both: upcoming races and searchable results for runners, and a clear case for organizers to request a timing quote.
Our role. Zavila Studio designed and built the website and its staff portal. Pro Fit Race Timing times the races and runs the business.

with intent.
The Pro Fit logo, its green, and Bai Jamjuree headings carry the brand from race-day signage onto the screen. Runners look up results by name or bib, and live races refresh as finishers come in. The Timing page maps an example 5K along the Waco riverwalk from check-in to final results, and the Waco Run Tour has its own page for its four races. Behind the public site, a private staff portal handles inquiries, quotes, and contracts.
The direction
A home for Pro Fit on race day and every day between: a race calendar, a results archive going back to 2015, and a direct path from a race director’s first question to a timing quote.
